Five Components of TCM

Chinese culture likes to use the number five. Such as Five Stars, Five Elements, Five Tastes, Five Tones, etc….

Chinese medicine is also composed of five modalities, missing one is not Chinese medicine—Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, Tuina, massage, Dietetics, and QiGong.
